“Sem serviços, você pode usar a piscina ao lado, mas ninguém lhe diz isso. Barulhento, degradado, quarto pequeno. Atualmente em grande construção e não fomos avisados. Alugado pela Newport Travel. Elevadores lentos e quando um dos 2 foi desligado durante o dia, eles nem se deram ao trabalho de colocar placas para avisar aos hóspedes que estava fora de serviço. Kitchenette incluída, mas não estava equipada com material suficiente para cozinhar muito e tínhamos que limpar as coisas antes de usá-las. Lavadora e secadora combo é bom, mas estava sujo e é barulhento a ponto de parecer quebrado. Os números e o volume do controle remoto da TV não funcionavam e o homem da manutenção apenas disse para usar as setas e resolver o problema. Móveis e superfícies estão manchados e velhos. Molde no teto do chuveiro. Prós: do lado positivo, a cama era confortável e a vista era linda. Você está a poucos passos do oceano. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia, apesar do lugar.”

“Great location and view of the water a d beautiful sunsets. But that's about it. You have to pay for parking but there is no parking on sight. You have to park about a block down behind another outrigger location. We were booked in a two bedroom which was actually a 1 bedroom and had a pullout divider partially separated the other bed and living room. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and my wife found an open container of carmax on the floor by the nightstand. When we called for more towels, they did not arrive. We called again that evening and they showed up the next afternoon. Also if you go the the desk in the lobby, they will not help you. It is a different company that manages the condos people own on site.”
