“Altamente recomendado. Tivemos uma reunião aqui. A equipa muito jovem e empenhada atendeu a cada uma das minhas perguntas. Os quartos são imponentes, ultramodernos, muito limpos e tranquilos. A comida não deixava nada a desejar. Até mesmo meus problemas de internet poderiam ser resolvidos de uma forma confortável. Mesmo quando eu me fechei para fora do meu próprio carro, todos tentaram com muita simpatia me ajudar. Enquanto esperava a ajuda da minha concessionária, também pude observar a atenção meticulosa aos detalhes com que os funcionários limpavam o lounge. Mesmo a vovó não poderia ter feito melhor!Também raramente vi funcionários de hotéis cuidarem dos clientes de maneira tão pessoal e sustentável. Cada sorriso parece real.Os quartos parecem novos. Existem até almofadas de diferentes espessuras, para que possa escolher a mais confortável. Banheiro também foi ótimo! Todos em nosso grupo ficaram impressionados com os quartos.A única coisa que era um pouco irritante era o LED azul muito brilhante do ar condicionado. Mas você pode simplesmente pendurar algo na frente dele.Estou muito relutante em ir a hotéis, mas realmente gosto de voltar aqui com uma boa sensação. 100% recomendação.”

“Nice rooms, although our room seemed almost incomplete the way it was set up. The minifridge was just in the open on the floor plugged in. Missing outlets by the bed. But the size of the rooms are generous. Breakfast was good. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The heat in the main area's was on which was unusual as it was very warm. Location can't be beat directly beside the Haupbahnhof and only a 5 minute walk to the Altmarkt and other great shopping. We walked about 30-40 minutes to Signal Iduna Park.”
