“We recently spend 6 nights at the Hotel NH Collection and it was a decent experience overall.
The hotel was in a great location and had multiple restaurants within the main social common area outside. There was often live music in the commons at night. There is also a roof top pool. It's rather small but nice.
The best of our stay was the service. The cleaning staff was kind and professional. The front desk was kind and accommodating. The main bar tender was awesome and consistently made delicious strong drinks. The food staff also made a delicious breakfast.
The hotel rooms looked recently renovated. They seem to have good concepts but didn't quite get them right. However the only reason I wouldn't stay here in the future was due to the lack of room ventilation and collection of mold we experienced over two different rooms. The bathrooms do not have a fan, so when you shower, the moisture gets trapped. Once you open the door, it gets suck right up into the air conditioner and blown out into the room. Mold was growing on the wall in our first room which prompted us to ask for a different room. The second room had lesser mold, but still noticable on the wall. The sheets always felt damp, which made it difficult to sleep.
If the hotel could fix their humidity and mold, it could be a four star hotel. Until then, I'll choose someplace else.”

“Recentemente, passamos 6 noites no Hotel NH Collection e foi uma experiência decente em geral.O hotel estava em uma ótima localização e tinha vários restaurantes dentro da principal área social comum do lado de fora. Muitas vezes havia música ao vivo nas áreas comuns à noite. Há também uma piscina na cobertura. É bastante pequeno, mas agradável.O melhor da nossa estadia foi o serviço. A equipe de limpeza foi gentil e profissional. A recepção foi gentil e acolhedora. O concurso de bar principal foi incrível e consistentemente fez deliciosas bebidas fortes. A equipe de alimentação também fez um delicioso café da manhã.Os quartos do hotel pareciam recentemente renovados. Eles parecem ter bons conceitos, mas não os acertaram. No entanto, a única razão pela qual eu não ficaria aqui no futuro foi devido à falta de ventilação do quarto e à coleta de mofo que experimentamos em dois quartos diferentes. Os banheiros não possuem ventilador, então quando você toma banho, a umidade fica retida. Uma vez que você abre a porta, ele é sugado para o ar condicionado e soprado para o quarto. O mofo estava crescendo na parede do nosso primeiro quarto, o que nos levou a pedir um quarto diferente. O segundo quarto tinha mofo menor, mas ainda perceptível na parede.
