Been to the resort several times. But now over priced! After a renovation, the resort now charges around €800 per night. in the past you could stay there for more than 5 nights for the same money. Crazy prices!

The best place for honeymoon. O melhor lugar no Caribe para lua de mel. Hotel cinco estrelas, de puro luxo e mordomia. Atendimento da equipe excelente. Gastronomia internacional com buffet self serviço e mais 4 restaurantes a la carte. Praia privativa, 3 piscinas, serviço de mordomo. Lugar PERFEITO para lua de mel.

O melhor hotel para descansar e aproveitar o mar das Caraíbas. Um dos melhores hotéis em que tive a felicidade de ficar. Os colaboradores fazem-nos sentir especiais, são muito simpáticos os quartos são excelentes a alimentação muito boa e variada o restaurante D. Pablo, para quem gosta de comida gourmet, é do melhor. O ponto negativo é a Internet fora do quarto é muito fraca, mas quem quer descansar e aproveitar o mar das Caraíbas não há lugar melhor.

No llegue a conocer el hotel. Tenia un viaje pago para marzo y el hotel cerro y solo me proponen alojarme en un hotel de menor categoría o cambiar de destino lo que implica tener que comprar un nuevo ticket aéreo. Escribí al mail, redes y todo lugar que encontré para poder ver cuando es la fecha de reapertura y nadie me contesta. Me parece una vergüenza que vendan y cobren algo que después no pueden cumplir

We spent our amazing vacation here in March 2019 and were booked to return March 2020. Sadly, covid made that impossible. We hope to return again as it was a perfect vacation. The rooms, the service, the food, beaches and pools were beyond our expectations.

Muy buen complejo pertenece a la colección Luxury Resort de bahía Principe. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, la gente es cordial, los restaurantes son de calidad. Lo único criticable son los del equipo de ventas de planes vacacionales que son bastante "insistentes" pero si uno es claro desde el comienzo no molestan más.

Estuve varias veces. Solía ser excelente. La isla y la infraestructura es hermosa. Pero la comida decayó bastante, sólo había buffet y casi nunca se conseguía turno para los restaurantes. Y lo peor fue cuando comenzaron a aceptar niños. Dejé de ir. Ya no es lo que era.

My stay was overall great!! The check in process is one of the only negative things to say! As far as the room very clean and beautiful! I felt at home! The party and shows were amazing. The staff that does the entertainment was amazing they were the highlight of my stay!

Great motel....everything about it is wonderful...except the accounting department and front desk efficiency.It took several emails for me to get my refund of a trip the motel canceled.....and another refund.....they could not provide me with a printed receipt at checkout.I can't understand how the rest of the motel can be so well run....down to the finest detail....but the accountingprocess can be so poor (everyone was nice....I just could not get refunds processed, and get a receipt!).

I was a really nice place. Everything was as good as it could get. The only reason that I don't give them 5 star is because the beach. More than half of it was closed for maintenance/construction. I understand the situation and the need for the construction, but I wished that they could've let us know about it prior to our trip.

My wife and I took our honeymoon here in 2018 and it truly will be an experience we will never forget. staff was very accommodating, and very friendly. Food was excellent and you can pick from many activities (at an extra cost ) but lots to choose from! We often recommend this place to our friends and family.

Fantastic hotel with an awesome beach. The rooms are roomy and what is to be expected in this kind of resort. The staff is friendly and eager to make your stay as much enjoyable as possible. The drinks and food is quite good with a good variety. Highly recommended!

Room 301. Malcolm/Patricia Jones We did not have hot water for the last three days of our stay. We did report this on day one and day two, Day three the day we were leaving we were told it was going to be fixed. This supposed to be a 5 star LUXURY hotel. We will be seeking recompense for this. Also allowing men into the main buffet just wearing beach shorts and no shirt, wow your standards are dropping. plus allowing men in tee shirts and shorts in booked restaurants. The dress code needs to be enforced more at the door. We keep coming back too you because it was my idea of heaven and it was my idea to come here for my 60th birthday, because I normally love the place, this was our third trip in a row, normally take 2 trips a year Levantado being one of them and we always recommend you to others. It's more of like a 4.7 Stars. I just wish they had more Dominican traditional foods, we need to put these people on and they would really be flocking towards here. The liquor is top shelf, the staff is super top shelf... overall an amazing experience.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at this resort where my wife and I took advantage of their wedding ceremony packages to have an amazing beach wedding with family and close friends. The location of this resort is beyond gorgeous with white sand beaches, crystal clear water and good snorkeling opportunities available by just walking in the water directly from the beaches. The staff is friendly, very helpful and readily available. A special thanks to Manuel, our butler for his attentive service and incredible wedding night decorations for our room that were unexpected and very appreciated. The food and drink selections were plentiful and quite delicious. The staff was very accommodating of our wishes to dine together as a group of 13 and were always able to arrange tables to fit our group with only a few minutes wait which was easily used by enjoying drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic from the lobby bar adjacent to the main dining area. We look forward to returning here again and spending more time in a true paradise

I stayed here a month ago and this is probably the best resort I’ve been to. The private beach is world class. The staff at the resort is friendly and not in a pretentious way they’re genuinely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone at the resort seemed to have the answer to any question even if it wasn’t their department. The food in the buffet and the restaurants was excellent. I never repeat stays at resorts but this is one place I will definitely visit again.

We did not want to leave this breathtaking and relaxing resort at the end of the trip!
