Very nice place and very nice service, but I don't think it's above and beyond other all inclusive that I've stayed at.As a matter of fact, I think the club level room and balcony that we have is rather small.And the food isn't amazing.But it is nice and we are enjoying it.

Le doy 4 estrellas xq aunque es un hotel para adultos es solo d descanso y no como esperábamos q fuera un poco más animado con música y actividades para hacer. La música alas 11 ya la quitan y si es q la ponen. Si debo decir q el hotel es bien limpio al igual q las habitaciones, q son muy acogedoras y excelentes para dormir, al igual todos los días nos la limpiaban. No hay buffet solo restaurantes ala carta. Si debo añadir la atención especial que nos dio Alberto el meserodel restaurante SIETE 7, buenísima atención y nos enseñó cuál plato era el ideal para nosotros, muchas gracias y felicidades al Chef Ángel! Estupenda la comida!! M encanto!! 👏👏 Muy ricos los tragos y la atención en general d todos los trabajadores!!

We haven't stayed yet. We plan on arriving next week. However, we booked our flights through the resort believing we would get 5 star arrangements. Come to find out...what could be a 3 1/2 hour flight is taking 15 hours with two layovers. We are spending a whole day of our vacation just traveling because of the poor flight accommodations. Another person from our party who booked their own flight(s) is leaving 4 ours later than us but arriving much sooner. an attempt to change our flight arrangements met with roadblocks. My advice?Book your own flights.

Porque es un hotel hermoso en todo , el servicio , la amabilidad , el calor humano que brinda el staff del hotel en general desde el director general, el personal de de los restaurantes, cocina,chefs , personal de las barras , meseros, personal del área de piscina y playa , personal de recepción , personal de entretenimiento ,el personal dela limpieza todos siempre con una amable sonrisa tratan de complacernos en todo y quieren estar seguros que estemos cómodos y felices, además se respira un ambiente relajante con olores y fragancias quedan una sensación de relax, además de la música estilo lounge en un sonido suave y agradable , sus bellashabitaciones con terrazas todas con vista al mar invitan a quedarse y que los días de vacaciones no terminen, todo esto acompañado de deliciosas comidas tipo Gourmet y comida rápida también, exquisitos platos mexicanos y comida internacional y gran variedad de bebidas de todo tipo y no.podía dejar de mencionar el océanocon ese mar hermoso azul turquesa, la verdad un verdadero paraíso, siempre el personal de los restaurantes están atentos en preguntar que tipos de alergias para así ellos tomar las debidas precauciones y que no se presenten incidentes con ningún huésped, la verdad es un verdadero paraíso y es uno de los hoteles donde siempre queremos regresar . El hotel además cuenta con un Spa donde brindan excelente servicio de masajes y sauna. 7 piscinas con hermosos diseños , 7 restaurantes, 4 barras , y ofrecen diferentes shows en la noche para el entrenamiento .Me encanta la forma minimalista clásica como está decorado el hotel y las habitaciones, un lugar que invita para quedarse Live Aqua beach Resort Cancún.

Service was spectacular and food was far above the average resort. My only complaint was that the nightlife left a lot to be desired. I'm chalking that up to COVID because they had to close the bars at 11pm and they were definitely under capacity at the resort. All in all, it was a great vacation and I would definitely return.

I wish I would've taken more photos! All inclusive! This place is really nice and I only gave it a four star because when we were there the elevator wasn't working most of the time and they didn't really accommodate us. They did send free champagn (I don't like champagne) and chocolate to our room. Overall very nice, clean, resort and room. Everywhere you go feels and smell like you're in a spa. It's more more relaxing than partying. The staff was okay. They have several restaurants to eat from and the food is pretty good especially the Thai restaurant. There rice and drinks were the best on the resort. All the other drinks were just okay and sort of weak. Directly on the beach and the pool is beautiful. The location is the best! All of the designer stores directly across the street. The casino, restaurants (like Ruth Chris) in walking distance. I highly recommend this resort for a couples trip or girls trip!

I am actually extremely surprised at the level of positive reviews on this hotel. This is NOT a five star hotel. I’ll be very honest this is 3 stars at best I’ve stayed at many 4-5 star resorts in Cancun and this does not compare… first off, as soon as we checked in after arriving late night we turned around and a lady instantly got us to sit with her to talk about a time share.. she told us “this is the best resort in the Caribbean” (laughable). Room was nice but hotel was DIRTY absolute trash.. if you pay close attention you can see how dirty and run down this resort is. Plastic chairs and plastic tables picnic style in the restaurants. The food here is DISGUSTING just lathered in cooking oil. I’ve never had such disgusting food … I can’t believe some people are saying this is good food. We heard from a couple on the pool that this resort got bought out a year ago and that’s why it is so terrible now. Used to be ok. Anyways don’t stay here … with travelling being so rare these days Save your money or pay an extra $100 a night and go to a better hotel.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with this resort and the staff that run it! Staff are exceptional in every facet of this establishment. Super friendly and helpful with any needs that we encountered. The grounds are beautifully kept and the property and rooms are super clean and welcoming. I will definitely come back to Live Aqua Beach Resort on future visits to Cancun! Sad to have missed saying goodbye to Jose who served us at Azure and Seven while we visited, if he sees this review, you rock!

A primeira vez em que fomos de lua de mel foi sensacional, voltamos para o ano novo de 2018, super ansiosos com o hotel, entretanto a experiencia foi muito ruim. Devido a quantidade de pessoas no hotel quase ficamos sem jantar por que não tinham mais horários livres, e os garçons praticamente nos ignorava o tempo todo, dando prioridade para quem lhes dava as "tips". Sai super chateada com o atendimento.

Melhor hotel onde já estive. Não aceitam crianças. Colchão, travesseiros e roupa de cama sensacionais. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Vários restaurantes, um melhor que o outro. Estilo all inclusive. Muitas piscinas, praia linda. A única parte negativa foi ter que ir embora.

Second time visitors: This place is always great. This is the second time we stayed and we loved it. Jorge Noriega was amazing and extremely helpful. It is also very important to recognize the great service and attitude of Antonio Morales, the server by the pool area and in the seafood restaurant in the beach. He was also providing outstanding service. This hotel is awesome and I am 100% sure we will come back. This hotel is AMAZING. The service was very good, they also help you organize everything and the staff is so nice. My husband and I got engaged here and they helped to organize my husband the best engagement! I will absolutely come back!

I stayed at Live Aqua from November 5-12th service and rooms were AMAZING!!! Staff was very knowledgeable. The ambiance was very relaxing everyday. Clean hotel and clean Beach!!! Different food options. The Seafood Corner, Hidden Garden, Breakfast Room Service were amongst my favorite. Only downfall is there no menu in option in English. We were apart of the VIP and they wanted to sale us their Vacation package. The presentation was 2 hours and we had no interest at all. It started during breakfast so we weren't able to enjoy that time. I wish we would have known what it was about ahead of time. But, overall the experience was great!! Will definitely come back and recommend.

Rooms were amazing! Service not so much, at all. This resort doesn't service food to their beach area. The previous resort did so just throwing that out there, I was kind of sad but they explained- it is a cleaner environmentally friendlier Beach. It was prettier then the other sides water I must say. Try a mini beer shot, they're awesome.

This place takes the mask thing way too serious, so if you "love" the mask thing then this place is for you, but if you dont care about masks too much you'll be annoyed as we were, so dont go here. Most Bartenders are really rude. Restaurant waiters were really nice though, and provided excellent service. Food was decent, and they did charge ALOT of money for different steaks and shellfish like crab or lobster. I've been to many All Inclusive resorts and ALL the food was included and delicious. The additional charges really interfered with our All-inclusive experience, we were really looking forward to lobster and never got to eat because of the changes. The property, beach and rooms were very well taken care of, we enjoyed the property itself. Overall, we liked somethings and really didnt like other things, so we wont be back.

This is a wonderful resort. It was our first experience with all-inclusive and adults only, and it didn't disappoint. The staff were amazing. I don't know how they work so hard and yet stay cheerful and go beyond what is expected. Management is doing something right with their hiring for sure. I would like to make a special mention of Efraim in the Siete restaurant for dinner. He was so kind and patient, taking the time to make recommendations. After I raved about the Osso Buco, he described to us in detail how he makes it at home. This made the experience more than a meal, it gave us insight into the culture of the country we were visiting. Something tells me that doesn't happen at many tourist-centric all-inclusives in Cancun.My one small negative complaint was the need for the concierge staff to push the time-share/membership spiel on us almost every time we approached the station. It would be nice if they would take note when someone declines once and then leave them alone after that. We also were irritated that after an entire day of traveling, and wanting nothing more than to get to our room, we had to fend off the push for an appointment. A polite push, to be sure, but annoying.All the food was delicious. Keep making the Paella, please!The rooms are beautiful, and the spa smell that softly permeates the lobby and rooms was a really pleasant surprise.Speaking of spa, my husband and I enjoyed four massages while we were there. Special mention needs to be made of both Lucero and Heidi. Two of the best massages we have ever had.We also appreciated how hard they try to keep everyone safe in this world of Covid. The staff were exemplary. The guests, not so much, many times. Shame on themI am pretty sure we are spoiled for any other resort in Cancun, and will be returning here for sure next time.

Celebrating my birthday with my husband and friends, this was the PERFECT place! All inclusive with top of the line food and atmosphere! Adults only, so many restaurant and food choices, fun drinks by the pool, 24 hour room service, gorgeous views of the ocean and the beach was so soft with it's white sands and beautiful waves. We ALL had a fantastic time, they treated me like a Queen anytime my birthday was mentioned, the staff are all amazing, make sure when you go you tip tip tip all of them! They all deserve it!

Loved the staff and service. Everyone was very nice. When you check in, they will try to set up a meeting for a time share, if your polite and say no, they will drop it. I will definelty go back. Drinksneeded a little tweeking but overall great place, good vibes, good food, clean and excellent service.

We would recommend this Resort to Anyone wanting a perfectly dreamy, relaxing vacation. The resort was wonderful. Room was beautiful and nice, Gym was good, Spa was one of the Best I have been too, the Pool was fantastic and if you are a Foodie, this place is for you. The food was wonderful, almost too fancy for some, but there was always something good to find. Perfect place for a couple's vacation or a vacation with adult friends.

Resort All Inclusive simplesmente excelente em tudo. Atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários, sempre cordiais e muito prestativos. Cada ambiente tem uma decoração e aroma diferente e agradável, proporcionando uma experiência única. O Resort conta com 8 restaurantes, sendo cada um com uma especialidade e todos são excelentes, sem exceção. Tem também um Sushi/Bar para lanches rápidos, um salão de vinhos com uma variedade imensa e um spa. A área da piscina é um show à parte onde somos visitados por iguanas e araras (bichos mansos) e os garçons estão sempre a pronto atendimento. Os quartos são espaçosos e tem uma vista magnifica para o mar e piscina. Na parte da praia há um bar rústico com cadeiras suspensas (balanços) e camas para massagens. Aliás, nós nunca vimos uma praia tão limpa quanto dessa zona hoteleira. O ruim é que haviam tubarões de grande porte impedindo a entrada no mar. A noite tem atrações e shows para entreterimento na área da piscina. O resort fica próximo de boas casas noturnas (Coco Bongo, La Vaquita, Mandala, etc) e a 2 shoppings, sendo que um fica em frente. Durante nossa estadia, visitamos outros 4 resorts próximos e nenhum se comparava ao Live Aqua que com certeza é um dos melhores da região e realmente vale cada centavo. A única ressalva é que não aceitam crianças, pelo menos na época que nos hospedamos.

Una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en Cancun, fue Live Aqua, que gran hotel, que excelente servicio, todos los días se esmeran por sorprenderte, por tener actividades, pero aquí les cuento un poco más: Recepción Desde que llegas te hacen sentir Bienvenidos, nosotros tuvimos la fortuna de hacer el check in en Aqua Club un lugar solo para socios donde con un poco de vino espumoso y una atención increíble nos dieron la bienvenida. Instalaciones De primer mundo, todo está en su lugar y todo funciona como debe ser, hay detalles como en todos lados pero nada en particular que afecte tu experiencia Albercas Es lo mejor del hotel, y todas están climatizadas para pasar todo el día ahí y lo mejor son las cabañas ($) y camastros perfectamente distribuidos y aquí viene lo mejor, la atención tanto de los meseros Daniel, Rossy y Luisa se encargaron de que siempre estuviéramos con algo de beber o de comer. Muchas gracias. Restaurantes. Por mucho para mi el mejor es MB, imperdible la sopa de habanero,servida en un pan también delicioso y el estofado de res es una joya, gracias a todo el staff por la sorpresa de cumpleaños. Pero Hidden Garden tampoco se queda atrás, las cenas son espectaculares, los desayunos en 7 están buenísimos pero lo mejor es el Smoothie Bar, no recuerdo el nombre de quien lo atendía pero que excelente actitud y el Sea Corner ufff deliciosas tostadas y vista inmejorable a la playa nos hizo falta estómago para poder comer más. Queremos agradecer en especial a todos los chefs que muy amablemente se acercaron para ver si todo estaba perfecto.Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de Live Aqua Cancun por hacernos pasar unas maravillosas vacaciones. We were having a good time in the hotel until the following unbelievable situation developed:At around 12am a friend arrived at the hotel lobby, where I was by chance, when he began having an argument with his taxi driver about overcharge (typical in Cancun).To our surprise, after hearing the discussion, the bellboys ganged up on me and my friend, not letting us into the hotel until we paid the taxi driver, while laughing/making fun of us the whole time. What happened next was a surreal experience.The night manager appeared, and instead of defusing the situation decided to threaten us with calling the police. We proceeded to go to our room, ready to leave the hotel in peace but the manager decided to call the police anyway.The next morning we tried calling hotel management to get the situation rectified, but despite recognizing that calling the police was unnecessary, offered no apology or compensation.Please stay away from this hotel as clearly management / staff have little sense of their guests and do not act ethically.

Lastima que no tienen las cosas como lo exhiben en redes sociales, pensaba era lo top de Grupo Posadas y no es así, nos comentaron darnos ese upgrade a cambio de 30 minutos de platica de tiempo compartido. Y eso que somos Socios de Grupo Posadas, los cuales subimos de nivel en marzo de este año, ycon tal de vender, nos prometieron exclusividad y lujo en este Aqua Cancun y peor aún.... gaste mis puntos que me regalaron en cortesía por subir de nivel de socio!!!!......cuando ni tina de baño tiene nuestro cuarto, aseo de habitación hasta las 7 noche, algunos mobiliarios en mal estado... Cero recibimiento al llegar al hotel, cuando en Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, y en Cozumel te reciben con toalla facial refrescante y bebidas, en lo que haces check in... aquí el recibimiento fue pedirnos esos 30 minutos para platica. Muy mal!!!

He estado en muchos resorts del mundo y en mos mejores de cancun , LEBLANC , NIZUK Pero el mejor es LIVE AQUA , limpieza inmaculada , felicitaciones al equipo de entretenimiento el show de circo no se lo pueden perder , al Cheff cesar q increible el y su equipo con la comida mas exquisita , las chicas de la playa CLAUDIA y LUISA . Atencion super luxury . Una de las cosas q mas me encanto son las estaciones de comida para todos los gustos q tienen durante todo el dia , en otros lugares solo tienen buffets de lo mismo en el Aqua hay gran variedad pero el desayuno es espectacular . Gracias Live Aqua por hacer realidad el sueno de mi familia con un puntaje “10” y ademas tienen la mejor playa de todas ! Regresare

There aren't words to give it Enough praise. This was our 1st time here it is an all inclusive adults only Resort.. The service was amazing, the hospitality with a smile of every employee ,services offered, the food extraordinary, the choice of restaurants for everyone's tastes, the areas during the day that offered food, the entertainment with a theme at night including the different foods to go with, the beach and staff who are more than willing to put a message for that special someone in seaweed on the beach for people to see at sunrise absolutely made this resort a place that I would highly highly recommend and we intend to return to!!!

Beautiful property, excellent stay! We loved every single one of the restaurants, we honestly couldn't pick a favorite. The food was fantastic and the drinks were strong. The service was AMAZING! Every single employee treated us kindly. We felt very well taken care of during our entire stay and never ate so well in our lives. The poolside service was such a nice perk that we spent almost our entire vacation by the large pool at the resort. It never felt crowded and Covid precautions and testing were handled exceptionally well. If you want a party resort, this is not the place for you. It's a little quieter but that's the reason why I loved it. The resort also handled the seaweed situation really well, there was constant combing at the beach to keep the shore clean and you could go into the ocean and swim on most days. I highly recommend this resort!

Just got home yesterday from Live Aqua and already planning our next trip. This resort is amazing and beyond exceptional. Never have I experienced such attentive and friendly staff at any other hotel/resort! We had the pleasure of having Javier take care of us twice as our server and he is AMAZING. Resort is immaculate and the food/drinks are top notch. The staff truly goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. I will never stay anywhere besides Live Aqua, it’s truly paradise!

Spent a week at Live Aqua.Great location on beach. Staff is super friendly and attentive.Restaurants are all great. Did room service for breakfast one day and it was fantastic. Not crazy about buffets given covid, but there were plenty of other options for meals. Aqua club was nice extra and the bars were all great. Staff serving drinks and helping with cabanas on beach were very nice. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.Great place to vacation.

My husband and I visited Live Aqua to celebrate our anniversary, and we will be returning as soon as possible. The hotel is gorgeous and relaxing, with stunning water and convenient beach access. We loved being able to enjoy a cabana each day, and Ammi went above and beyond to keep our drinks filled and every need taken care of. Fernanda, in the Aqua Club, was so kind and thoughtful – taking care of every detail so check-in and check-out were seamless. This is the perfect place to relax! We also loved that we could hang at the swim-up bar pool when we wanted a lively atmosphere and retreat to some of the quieter pools when we wanted to chill out. They've thought of everything at Live Aqua!

This resort was AMAZING! My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 days 6 nights. The service was impeccable. We always had a drink in our hand while we were sitting at the beach. Make sure you tip a dollar or two when they bring you a drink and they will keep them coming! We saw employees spraying down all surfaces with disinfectant at night. It really made us feel more comfortable traveling outside of the country. We loved the fact that the resort has a beach bag in the room for you to use. This saved us a lot of space in our luggage. Live Aqua also does complimentary COVID-19 Antigen testing so that you can re-enter your country if traveling internationally. We got the results back that night. The only thing we were negatively surprised about was how much money they needed to hold for room charges and incidentals. They took $400 out of my girlfriends bank account to put as a "hold" for these things. The money looked as though it came out of her account, but when we left the resort all of it was put back in her account, besides what we charged to the room. Overall, it was an incredible experience. Much better than any place we have ever stayed in the US. We will be back for sure!

Awesome! Can't wait to return! Got this resort for a terrific price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I enjoyed this resort and I'm extremely thankful I stayed here for less than what I normally spend. Live Aqua didn't disappoint! You are welcomed by friendly staff, the views from the rooms are amazing! We experienced some restrictions due to... well everyone is aware of something going on... The staff was always so friendly, and take great care of you. It was our 15 year anniversary, the continually added designs on our plates to continue our celebration.

Beautiful location, wonderful staff, decent drinks and food. It is an all inclusive resort so they have to cheap out where they can. And the drinks is where they did it. Low quality liquor and they add very little to each drink. The staff was there to make everything perfect and it was. The only other down fall to the resort was if you stay in the north side they have live music every night and for us we had a very early morning excursion. The live music is so so loud in your room, so do not plan on going to bed early. The essence was great amzing smells everywhere and everything was so clean. 1 person went above and beyond was the server we had David on the beach. What an outstanding person he was.

Our experience here was amazing! The staff spoke English so it was easy for us to be able to communicate with them and ask them questions! The staff was so friendly and kind to us! The all inclusive pack was amazing to have! The room service, food, and drinks was incredible! The hotel was very calming and we never felt like it was rowdy! The ocean view room was gorgeous to stay in! We definitely will be coming back very soon!

People are fantastic, beyond amazing! I can see the possibility of having a relaxing, quiet getaway vacation and recommend it if that's what you're after! Unfortunately for us, tropical storm Gamma was happening as we arrived and hurricane Delta caused our leisure time to end early. In between, Monday was a stunning day and we've never seen the ocean so blue! We didn't get to experience all we planned/hoped for but it wasn't the resorts fault! Mother nature was not nice to us this trip. The attention to detail by everyone there is so great to see, I hope to return soon, this time not during a hurricane!

Overall a wonderful experience! We had a little issue with Fiesta Americana's salesperson telling us that a cabana was included in our Aqua Club, even though it wasn't. That was the only reason we got the Aqua Club since we don't drink that much, but it was corrected after a little hassle at the hotel. I mainly mention this in hopes that Fiesta Americana will fix the issue with their sales team so that future guests don’t have the same problem. We enjoyed everything else very much including the beautiful views, great food, and excellent service! We especially enjoyed the surprise message on our dessert at MB to celebrate our Babymoon! Live Aqua certainly does a great job of making you feel like a million bucks in your fancy vacation home away from home!

The resort was so relaxing and the aroma made you feel like you were in a spa. The staff was exceptional and the service was on point. The hotel was cleaned and sanitized constantly throughout our stay and that made us feel safe. The bartenders were amazing and they kept our drinks flowing. We spent hours every day at the swim up bar and enjoyed the bartenders and other guests. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to allow your guests to check in and then follow up with them in regards to scheduling reservations and activities. It can be a bit overwhelming to arrive and have to decide what you want to do for your entire vacation before you even have a chance to get to your room and unpack online and relax. Other than that it was a great experience and a wonderful vacation.. Can't wait to visit again.

This hotel is perfect! The best all inclusive menu I have had. We enjoyed fresh seafood every day and couldn’t get enough of the atmosphere. The staff is incredible as well. The beach is clean and the pools are great too. Rooms are very quiet and the beds are terrific. I truly slept like a baby all 5 nights of our stay. Highly recommend!!!!

One of the best pool and beach front resorts in Quintana Roo. Try their spa. Superb. Massages were excellent. Try their salon. I got a professional haircut. Better than my professional barber in the States. The best management team and service in Cancun. Felt very safe here. Employees are very trustworthy. I feel at home everytime I come here. They say go stay in Carmen. I say, why not stay closer to the airport with a better beach and one of the nicest hotels in all of Quintana Roo. Very close to shopping and if needed a pharmacy. The Aqua has almost anything you need in house.

Great hotel and staff were excellent. Azure is a must if you stay here. Also the pop-up food vendors and pool side dishes are delicious!!!! My only issue was no information was posted on the nightly entertainment or events. I asked the staff but they wasn't aware of any. I had to walk the hotel nightly to find what events or entertainment was taking place.....

The whole experience is amazing! From the reception till the checkout the service is outstanding! We have the best food in their 3 luxury restaurants. The chef William made us a special Mexican dinner for our honeymoon and we were in the clouds! Blanca at breakfast makes the best tacos you will ever eat and everyone in the pool, at the bar, the waitresses at the restaurants are so helpful and so Amazing!! The hotel was super clean as well and doing EVERYTHING possible for COVID prevention. I am a paranoid person and I felt very safe with all the measurements. The hotel is beautiful, very relaxing, with wonderful people and amazing service and delicious and luxurious food! I can not recommend it enough.

Todo el concepto me encantó, la aromaterapia que hay en cada área del hotel y la habitación, te hacen sentir muy en armonía. El servicio de primera todos con gran actitud y siempre cuidando el protocolo de seguridad sobre todo ahora en la situación sanitaria que atravesamos. La habitación ,bellísima y muy cómoda. La vista, espectacular. La comida, de primera! Totalmente recomendable.Lo único que pienso que si pueden mejorar es la recolección del sargazo, creo que ayudaría mucho que lo recolectaran más para que hubiera menos en la playa. En Playa del Carmen más hacen continuamente.

Un resort increíble. Es perfecto para vacaciones y descanso. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Cancún. El aroma de este hotel te relaja. Lleno de piscinas y restaurantes increíbles. Los bares son magníficos y en todos se come muy bien. El servicio de toallas es impecable. Un spa que sin dudas se destaca. Sus instalaciones están muy bien distribuidas. Es acogedor y el personal es muy capacitado. Está preparado para personas con capacidades reducidas y hay menús para todos los gustos Celia is , vegetarianos y otros. Los masajes de pues en la playa del hotel son un relax indiscutido. Calidad relación precio excelente!! Bebidas y comidas libres todo el día. El desayuno es muy pero muy completo. Elegiría volver 1000 veces a este hotel. Lugar maravilloso para celebrar una boda de destino!

Excelente resort. Perfeito para relaxar, com atendimento cordial e boa gastronomia. Confortável e com visual maravilhoso. Possui SPA sensacional, com serviços muito bons, além de uma boa academia com ótimos equipamentos de musculação. Fui a trabalho. 300 dolares a diária pra você comer uma comida mediana pra ruim e atendimento muito abaixo da expectativa pra quem paga mais de 1000 reais por dia. Claro que se você der gorjeta, o atendimento muda. Existem hotéis em Cancun infinitamente melhores.

O Hotel é muito bonito, limpo e cheiroso. Mas está abaixo das minhas expectativas. A comida é razoável. O atendimento, com raras exceções, também não é lá essas coisas, a não ser que você fale inglês e coloque os dólares na frente. A discriminação para com hospedes, não americanos,é gritante.
