“Extremely friendly staff. Great location. The rooms are very small, good acoustics, there is no iron for ironing clothes, only a steamer (a problem for business people who want to have clothes ironed in a short time) the bathrooms... you have to move carefully so as not to injure yourself. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired, dirty windows, floors and bathrooms. The bedding is very well washed. The restaurant serves à la carte breakfast, no matter the number of guests, there are always 2 very kind employees serving and that takes a lot of people's time. I hope you can review the negative points, even though you can't increase the size of the rooms.”

“This is a nice, newly opened hotel that is working through a few growing pains. The shades in our room didn’t open beyond a 2 feet off the ground despite being placed in a “room with a view.” Maintenance came and fixed the shades which was very helpful. Rooms are small but it’s New York and you’re not staying at The Plaza—so temper your expectations and don’t be surprised when you don’t get a Texan-sized suite. Overall, my experience was great and I would stay here again!”
