Você vê isso quando entra no saguão da Kinzie Street • Os quartos são espaçosos e muito bem equipados: o Quarto King Deluxe: 32 m² com sofá. o Duas camas king-size: 324 pés quadrados o Suíte de um quarto: 625 pés2 com quarto privativo, janelas curvas elegantes (quase do teto ao chão), cortinas blackout e sofá-cama. o Os banheiros são espaçosos, com chuveiros potentes. • Café da manhã continental com café, sucos gelados, ovos cozidos e uma excelente variedade de doces, cereais, iogurte, queijo e frutas frescas. Providencie bandejas para levar o café da manhã de volta ao quarto. • Recepção noturna do gerente no Double Cross Lounge, oferecendo cerveja artesanal local ilimitada e vinho da casa, juntamente com uma seleção de lanches todas as noites, das 17h às 19h. • Internet sem fio de alta velocidade em todos os quartos e áreas de hóspedes. • Acesso 24 horas ao nosso business center e academia Esta parte da cidade, River North, é muito mais vibrante que a área da North Michigan Avenue. As a Bonvoy Lifetime Titanium member, I generally stay at Bonvoy connected properties. However, for trade shows and groups, it’s a bit more difficult to make a deal with them. Which brings me to this gem that we’ve found in Chicago. For past years, we’ve had a contract with a hotel which was closed for several months. This prompted me to search for a property that would meet the “needs’ of our group for March 2022. A sales manager that I’ve worked with at other properties suggested that I reach out to Kinzie Hotel this tasteful, boutique hotel situated in the River North area close to the River, Michigan Avenue, great restaurants + outside dining + Starbucks on N. Clark St (two blocks away). I was able to negotiate an excellent program for our March 2022 Group with 85 room nights. I wanted to share my observations: • Hotel is very clean+Covid-19 conscious. You see that when you enter the lobby off Kinzie Street • Rooms are spacious and very well appointed: o Deluxe King room: 324 sq. ft. with sofa. o Two King beds: 324 sq. ft. o One Bedroom Suite: 625 sq. ft. feature a private bedroom, sleek curved windows (almost ceiling to floor), blackout shades, a pull-out sofa. o Bathrooms are spacious with powerful showerheads. • Continental Breakfast with coffee, chilled juices, hard boiled eggs,and a fine assortment of pastries, cereal, yogurt, cheese, and fresh fruit. Provide trays to take your breakfast back to your room. • Evening manager’s reception in the Double Cross Lounge offering unlimited local craft beer and house wine along with a selection of snacks each evening from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. • Wireless high speed Internet in every guest room and guest areas. • 24-Hour Access to our Business Center and Fitness Center This part of town, River North, is much more vibrant that the North Michigan Avenue area. Sadly, Water Tower Place now looks like a discount shopping mall in rural America. The fabulous restaurant and food court no longer exists. Many of the upscale shops along Michigan Ave have closed.

Eu era aquele hóspede "chato" que ligou no dia anterior perguntando sobre onde ir buscar o manobrista, etc. Eles não se importaram que eu ligasse, mas estavam ansiosos para me informar que nunca passam de uma ligação longe. Na chegada, fomos verificados no início. E ainda providos de diversas formas de navegar pela cidade para nossas atividades planejadas. O happy hour é bem bacana, não uma seleção enorme, mas uma boa seleção. A LOCALIZAÇÃO NÃO PODE SER MELHOR. Os quartos são agradáveis, as camas são muito confortáveis. O café da manhã é simples, mas o suficiente para você começar o dia. Nem uma única reclamação deste hóspede! Nós voltaremos!

From start to finish, all the staff were eager to make our time in Chicago as comfortable as possible. I was that "pain in the a**" guest that called the day before asking questions about where to go for valet etc. They didn't care that I called, but were eager to let me know they are never more than a call away. Upon arrival, we were checked in early. And even provided with several ways to navigate the city for our planned activities. The happy hour is pretty neat, not a huge selection, but a nice selection. LOCATION CAN NOT BE BETTER. Rooms are nice, beds are very comfy. Breakfast is simple but enough to get you started for the day. Not a single complaint from this guest! We will be back!

We stayed at the Kinzie Hotel for one night (from St. Louis) and were BLOWN AWAY by their service!!! We had a minor payment issue and instead of making us feel embarrassed or pressured, the front desk manager NIKKO calmly handled everything with professionalism and grace. He is a great employee to have on the staff!! 10/10 would stay again because of him! Location great, rooms clean too....but amazing service keeps people coming back!!

Great river north location. Value priced at least for our dates. Comfy bed. Small room. Bottle of beer or wine available daily at happy hour. Sack breakfast with yogurt and muffin nice to grab and go. Nice desk staff. Parking is $$$ but using parking.com we paid $24/day around the corner without in/out ability. Short on other amenities. Had to schedule housekeeping a day in advance. No coffee shop or restaurant, etc. Not so sure it is a 4 star place by Chicago standards, but location and price make it a good deal.

Hospedado aqui para um fim de semana com minha namorada, tudo era lindo sobre a nossa estadia até eu liguei para a recepção porque o respiradouro estava soprando ar frio. Liguei para o atendente da recepção, que se chama Niko Azura, ele perguntou se me dava atitude quanto ao assunto porque o homem de manutenção já havia saído para o dia. Ele então perguntou se poderia subir ao meu quarto para dar uma olhada, eu concordei. Ele então disse que poderia trocar o quarto para nós. Fomos buscar um pouco de comida e quando voltamos, ele nos disse que tinha que nos despejar por fumar no quarto. Ele me disse que falou com seu gerente e disse para ele nos despejar. Eu passei a dizer-lhe gentilmente que não havia absolutamente nenhum fumo no quarto, apenas cannabis comprada em um dispensário médico foi preparada para ser consumida fora do hotel, sendo que sou um paciente de cannabis medicinal, em um estado em que a cannabis é legal de possuir . Quando tentei explicar isso a ele e gentilmente dizer-lhe que não havia maconha consumida no quarto, apenas fora do hotel, ele ameaçou chamar a polícia se não saíssemos. Ele disse que viu cannabis na mesa. Quando perguntei se poderia falar com o gerente, ele disse que era o gerente. Ele apontou para um pedaço de papel com a política do hotel, que postei abaixo. Em nenhum lugar está escrito que você não pode ter cannabis no seu quarto. Não gosto de ser maltratado e discriminado pela equipe.Em resposta à sua postagem, vários hóspedes entraram e saíram do hotel durante todo o fim de semana. Eu também senti cheiro de fumaça no chão, assim como no elevador. Mas isso não significa que fosse do meu quarto. O quarto 319 foi deixado ontem à noite e você pode verificar agora. Stayed here for a weekend with my girlfriend, everything was beautiful about our stay until I called the front desk because the vent had been blowing cold air. I called the front desk agent, by the name of Niko Azura, he asked gave me attitude about the issue because the Maintenence man had left for the day. He then asked if he could come up to my room to check it out, I agreed. He then said he could possibly switch the room out for us. We went to get some food and when we came back he then told us he had to evict us for smoking in the room. He told me he spoken to his manager and he told him to evict us. I proceeded to kindly tell him there was absolutely no smoking in the room, only cannabis purchased from a medical dispensary was prepared to be consumed outside of the hotel, being that I am a medical cannabis patient, in a state which cannabis is legal to possess. When I tried to explain that to him and kindly tell him that there was no cannabis consumed in the room, only outside of the hotel, he then threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. He said that he saw cannabis on the desk. When I asked if I could speak to the manager he said that he was the manager. He pointed to a slip of paper with the hotel policy on it, which I have posted below. Nowhere in it does it say that you can not have cannabis in your room. It says SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO SMOKE IN YOUR ROOM OR LIGHT CANDLES, THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM 250 CHARGE TO RESTORE YOUR ROOM TO ORIGINAL SMOKE FREE CONDITION. WE WILL ALSO EVICT YOU WITHOUT A REFUND. I do not appreciate being mistreated and discriminated against by the staff.In response to your post, there were several guests in and out of the hotel the entire weekend. I too smelled smoke on the floor as well as the elevator. But that does not mean that It was from my room. Room 319, was left last night and you can check it now. No damage done by me whatsoever.

Excellent room amenities and good customer service. Had to be moved to a different room as my first room had a TV which wasn't working.Their need to hold charges on a credit card then wait patiencely for your funds to be refunded through your banking institution is very annoying. I paid cash for my stay and I'm still waiting to be made whole with money held captive by my bank.

I read reviews before coming here and when you read that the staff is very nice and helpful, BELIEVE IT. They are amazing people, super helpful, and easy to talk to. I stayed on the fourth floor king bedroom. I had the of a brick wall but if I moved far enough you can see a good little view of the city (: Pros: the bathroom was beautiful just as the pictures, free wifi, quiet environment, free breakfast, great staff, and located in a great area to walk around right outside you can see magnificent views of Chicago! Cons: NO FREE PARKING, the couch had a couple of stains, small breakfast (a bag with a small orange, mini apple juice, travel size peach flavor yogurt, and small muffin), the shower head unexpectedly sprayed water when we turned it on through the space between the shower head and wall. Ultimately, would definitely recommend and stay again!

I enjoyed my stay here at the Kinzie for 4 nights, Michelle really reached out and welcomed myself and my daughter. The king room with the view is very spacious and the water gets very hot. The location is central to everything and walking distance. I cannot say enough about the exceptional staff working here. All precautions was taken due to Covid and we were able to enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay again

Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia neste hotel! O deck da piscina foi incrível. O buffet foi mais do que adequado e delicioso Foi ótimo que houvesse um cupom para café da manhã com desconto. Pedimos um cobertor extra, e foi concedido imediatamente, meu filho e sobrinha também gostaram do atalho que ia ao shopping do festival. O quarto cheirava muito bem, sem odor desfavorável, o que é um fator louvável. Obrigado pela experiência maravilhosa!

I stayed here with my family and the experience was the best ever. As we arrived, we were welcomed by the lovely staff members who were very kind and lovely. We had dinner on the first night. We had a great experience with delicious Peruvian chicken. The staff who helped us completed our wonderful experience at the checkout asking if everything was good in our stay, our stay was not good, but it was PERFECT!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The pool deck was awesome. The buffet was more than adequate and delicious It was great that there was a coupon for discounted breakfast. We requested an extra blanket, and it was granted right away, my son and nieces also enjoyed the shortcut going to the festival mall. The room smelled great, with no unfavorable odor, which is a commendable factor. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I’d give this hotel 5 stars but I paid more money to have a city view room and i ended up in a room with brick wall views. The room was great and it was very clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again but I’ll pay regular price for a normal room and not more for brick wall views

My stay at Kinzie was AMAZING! I'm disabled. The staff NEVER focused on what my limitations are. They concentrated on the REQUIRED NEEDS of my totality. I STRONGLY recommend this establishment! The GENUINE HOSPITALITY IS WARM AND DEMONSTRATED WITH CARE! DEFINITELY, making reservations before the year ends! Beautifully decorated. Sanitation was carefully adhered too. GREAT GETAWAY!

Hotel bem localizado e moderno. Podemos buscar o café da manhã na bandeja que disponibilizamno quarto e tomar café na cama! O cardápio do jantar (catering) é bem básico , mas o restaurante que tem no térreo resolve a questão.

Es muy buen hotel, agradable, ubicación óptima,limpieza muy bien, buen desayuno y recepción de atardecer. Solo falla internet como para extreeming, Netflix no llega a cargarse o lo hace en mala calidad.
