Incrível

Lindo, sexy e bem decorar o quarto. Os chuveiros são muito bons, e um design único com cortinas envolventes. Isso nos deu vontade de instalar algo semelhante em casa. Por ser um cientista, gostei muito do conceito do hotel, principalmente do robô e do bar. A comida e as bebidas no lounge são decentes. O tamanho do quarto era menor, mas difícil para um casal (meu noivo tem 1,80m).Adoraria dizer que foi excelente, mas eu estava lá a trabalho e cheguei às 22h de um dia de semana após uma viagem de 1,5h do aeroporto. O hotel estava lotado na primeira noite e eu não tive a sorte de ter um quarto. Eles fizeram um arranjo alternativo para mim e até pagaram a passagem de meu táxi para o outro hotel. No entanto, o outro hotel era um Hilton, e não fazia parte da rede Marriott, e há claramente outro Marriott a uma quadra do hotel, o que parece um pouco estranho para mim. Embora eu aprecie o quarto, o inconveniente que isso causou (às 22h), sem aviso prévio / e-mail, e o fato de o outro hotel não ser do mesmo gênero deste (boutique, sofisticado) deixou um gosto amargo em minha boca. Eu consegui um quarto no dia seguinte para uma estadia total de 3 noites. Eu teria apreciado uma boa garrafa no quarto no dia seguinte como um pedido de desculpas, ou mesmo apenas uma pequena nota da equipe, mas suponho que um hotel supervendido não se preocupa em mimar um pouco seus hóspedes.Eu teria apreciado se houvesse um serviço de concierge e um melhor serviço na recepção. Depois de pedir sugestões gerais de comida na área e ficar desapontado - ficou claro que eu tinha que procurar outro lugar.No geral, um hotel único e legal. Vale a pena ficar - só espero que não seja alta temporada.

Beautiful, sexy, and well decorate room. The showers are really nice, and a unique design with the wrap around curtains. It made us want to install something similar at home. Being a scientist, I really enjoyed the concept of the hotel, especially the robot and the bar. The food an drinks at the lounge are decent. The room size was on the smaller end, but a tight livable for a couple (my fiancé is 6'1). Would love to say it was a excellent, but I was there for work, and arrived at 10 pm on a weekday after a 1.5h ride from the airport. The hotel was overbooked for the first night and I was not fortunate enough to have a room. They did make an alternative arrangement for me and even paid for my cab fare to the other hotel. However, the other hotel was a Hilton, and not part of the Marriott chain, and there is clearly another Marriott within a block of the hotel, which seems a bit strange for me. Although I appreciate the room, the inconvenience this caused (at 10 pm), with no prior warning/email, and the fact that the other hotel was not in the same genre as this one (boutique, upscale) did leave a sour taste in my mouth. I was able to get a room the next day for a total stay of 3 nights. I would have appreciated a nice bottle in the room the next day as an apology, or even just a little note from the staff, but I suppose an oversold hotel doesn't care to pamper their guests a little.. I would have appreciated if there was a concierge service, and better service from the front desk. After asking for general suggestions for food around the area, and being disappointed - it was clear that I had to look elsewhere. Overall, a unique and cool hotel. Worth a stay - I just hope for you that it is not high season.

This is the coolest hotel you will find in Chicago. I’ve stayed at many other places and nothing has come close to this one. They have robots to deliver room service, and this is a must see! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. If your looking for a unique, inspiring and eccentric hotel this is the place. The best hotel experience I have ever had.

Great location! The rooms are clean! I love the ambiance of the room and the customer service received through the robots. I love the whole lay out of the room. From the headboard , shower && the gold appliances-the overall decor is nice.

Very cool design elements. Cozy and great for a night in or after a night out (when it's safe again). Rain shower was a treat. Bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in for a while.

Very cool hotel...interesting decor. Didn't get to enjoy the hotel in its normal state due to covid but still really enjoyed the stay. Rooms are comfortable, service was excellent and the location is nice with plenty of food spots around. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was incredible! The customer service was on par. The decor was very aesthetic and the hotel rooms were so beautiful 😍 They even have an option for Netflix and they also have an Alexa. The coolest part was our robot butler! Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re ever visiting Chicago. The location was right in the heart of downtown Chicago, everything was in walking distance.
