“Meu motorista de entrega me contou o que aconteceu e o gerente da recepção Mike não deixou o motorista entrar. O motorista do painel ligou quando ele estava parando no hotel e demorou 20 minutos antes que o funcionário da recepção Mike permitisse que ele entrasse e me dê minha comida. A essa altura, a comida estava fria e encharcada. Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente e eu aconselharia ninguém a ficar em outro lugar em vez disso, a menos que pretendam dirigir e obter sua própria comida.”

“Stayed there a week and I must say I was not impressed. The rooms need upgrading. We saw bugs all over the place including the dining area. And the food was nasty. The staff was rude. I asked for some type of compensation because our water was not getting hot and still haven’t heard anything back from management.”
