“Todavía nos quedamos en el hotel el quinto día. Buen hotel, gran resort, muchas piscinas, tantos bares. No hagas cola, sigue las reglas de higiene. Lo negativo sería el hecho de que, aunque tenemos un niño de un año, recibí la habitación a una gran distancia de los ascensores, no siendo la escalera una alternativa viable, ya que el alojamiento se hizo en el quinto piso. tiene 6 ascensores pero todos posicionados en el medio ... estuve haciendo 5 minutos desde el ascensor hasta la habitación, en las condiciones en las que tenía cochecito ... si no lo tenía era una pena. Otro inconveniente es reservar en restaurantes temáticos. En la entrada nos dijeron que la reserva se hace a las 8 de la mañana y solo está abierta la asiática (se olvidaron de mencionar que esa noche era la asiática ... en otras tardes diferente). Y nos levantamos por la mañana para reservar y nos dicen que el asiático no está abierto. Vale, voy a la recepción, le explico y me dice aaa bueno, hoy no está abierto en Asia, aquí está el horario del restaurante ... y me entrega una hoja. Vale ... ¿fue difícil mostrárnoslo desde el principio? Una mañana nos levantamos a las 8 para hacer una reserva en el Mediterráneo ... el boceto se ve bien en el chiringuito ... vamos allí, esperamos a los tontos hasta las 8 y veinte, no viene nadie, el restaurante está cerrado ... .Vamos a la recepción ... aaa la reserva se hace hasta abajo frente al restaurante principal, no en la playa donde se encontraba el mediterráneo. En conclusión ... un gran hechizo ... todo se hace de tal manera que realmente no puedes reservar ... las aclaraciones no te las dicen desde el principio y caminas como loco por la mañana después de los caballos verdes ... en fin la estancia está listo y no logré reservar en ningún restaurante específico. La forma más fácil era hacer la reserva en recepción y en cualquier momento, pero ... eso era demasiado fácil para los turistas.”

“The staff is friendly and professional. The place is clean and you even see staff cleaning the place on a regular basis. Good safety measures to prevent COVID-19 spreading (a lot of space in the restaurant, sanitizer, temperature monitoring). It's near the beach, there are several pools, several bars and even 4 restaurants that are all-inclusive. The drinks that are included are superior to other hotels, higher quality and lots more to choose from (even cocktails). The only down side so far is that possible moan mattress are uncomftable and pillows even worse other than that, it's amazing.
But here comes the worst part my 3 year old got sick we asked a doctor on the reception and they called medical center who came and pick us up so we took her there just to check her ear and throat after a 10 minutes consultation they give us a check on 360 Leva an equivalent of 180 euros almost its the most ridiculous and overpriced consultation we have ever been to its a complete rip off. Plus 100 more euros for the two boxes of medicaments.
It's really sad because the hotel has potential but the way it is right now it's just like a sinking ship.”
