“My first time in Mexico city, I choose this hotel for the location and the wifi provided. Upon checking in there was a lack of clean rooms available, the bell man was running up and downstairs to see which rooms were clean and not clean. I felt this was unprofessional and disorganized. Also, the wifi that they tout was non existant, they kept saying it was being worked on took a whole day nothing for the inconvenience just sorry. In addition to that they mixed up me and my friends rooms and the whole experience was disorganized and I felt the staff did not care at all. I give it 2 stars for location and cleanliness.”
