“Me pareció deficiente porque desde el segundo 1 en recepción te mienten. Compré un tour por una empresa externa y en recepción nos dijeron que era una estafa y que compraramos con ellos, nos hablaron pésimo de dicha empresa. También nos dijeron que ese dinero nos podrían reembolsar en el aeropuerto y que atienden 24/7, sin embargo, resultó ser mentira también. Finalmente quien fue más descente fue esa empresa externa quien siempre estuvo con todo en regla. Los evalúo con un 1 por ser mentirosos, porque a la gran mayoría de los empleados si les haces una pregunta es con doble intención, entiéndase propina o incluso me ofrecieron un pcr más barato. El hotel es pequeño, piscinas pequeñas, playa pequeña y ocupada casi en su totalidad por una malla para jugar voley ball que prácticamente no se utiliza, servicio de bar muy deficiente, con buena comida y uno que otro empleado atento pero lamentablemente todo se opaca con las malas prácticas que la gente tiene y que para mí familia es lo más importante. Es triste permanecer en un hotel en donde te mienten y sientes desconfianza de ellos.”

“I loved this place! Mine and my husband’s friends invited us to come along on their spring break, so we did no research of this hotel and just booked it! Going to Cancun with no research I expected a lot of partying and people, but was pleasantly surprised with this family resort. The staff were INCREDIBLE, they had the best hospitality and service I’ve ever experienced-I know very little Spanish and most staff were either very good with English or understood me well, they never left us without a drink, were always cleaning and improving common areas, and were extremely helpful with any questions. The rooms were simple, but all you need when you’re enjoying all day outdoors, the food wasn’t top notch, but still good, the pools were so nice (we spent most of our time at the pool that’s more enclosed), and the gym was very high quality! For our week long stay we really enjoyed ourselves and made some great memories!”
