“Beautiful resort, well maintained and new. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beach was lovely with several activities and continuous service. The spa hydrotherapy is unique and awesome - spa staff very professional. Food is excellent, very fresh. Lots of Covid precautions, easy to stay distanced. Four stars because people in our group didn't get all the service expected or confirmed. Would visit again.”

“The rooms are horrible. Lots of water damage and plaster falling from the ceiling. The room service didn’t pick up the dirty dishes for days. When we spoke with the manager, they offered us a credit for the massage we had, which I don’t believe is acceptable for a 5 start hotel. Even after speaking with the manager the food was not picked up. We could not sit on the sofa in the room due to water damage from the leaking ceiling.I will say, our butler Lois was awesome, anything that we requested, he took care of immediately.The room is horrible!”
